This client had made a bit of a mess of his case when attempting to represent himself. He subsequently instructed BB Law Ltd days before he was due to be disqualified by Luton Magistrates’ Court. We were able to get the conviction reopened and one of the offences dropped, which meant the client avoided a minimum 6 month Totting Up ban and walked away with a £60 fine, £0 court costs and 3 points! Here are the client’s feedback comments –
“Good evening Bobby. I just want to let you know how much I appreciate your professionalism and I would just like to thank you for representing me and the work you did for me. I appreciate it greatly. You have been an immense help, and I was in awe at the way you handled my case. I can only say that I feel that you handled my case very professionally and were very prompt with your replies to my questions which put my mind at ease immediately. It has meant that I can sustain my livelihood and continue to support my family; which is the most important thing and I will gladly promote your services. Thank you very much again!” – Mr J, W – Wigan
“I received a court summons following an incident of illegal parking and failing to stop when asked by a PCSO to do so. I was given some advice on a motoring forum and a couple of users recommended BB LAW. I got in touch with Bobby and we agreed a fixed fee sum for him to handle my case. Bobby was extremely knowledgeable and professional from the outset. His communication is second to none, keeping me informed at all times and he replied to all my e-mails and any questions straight away. He discovered an error straight away in my case and upon submitting a defence got the case dropped by the CPS. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough! Certainly saved me from points and a large fine” – Mr P, W – Reading
“I was driving a brand new 40 foot articulated lorry and was accused of damaging another vehicle before driving off. I knew I was innocent but the police seemed intent on getting me to admit I had damaged this car. Bobby came with me to the interview, had a quiet, polite word with the police constable pointing out the total lack of evidence and the whole case was dropped less than a fortnight later! Better still he sent me a letter to give to my insurer and employer, which confirmed I was a victim of a false allegation. Brilliant service” – Mr P, B – Macclesfield, Cheshire
The staff at the central ticket office had failed to send a driver identification form to the client in his own name, instead the prosecution were seeking to rely on a form that the client had completed but which had not been addressed to him. This result was all the more important for this client as he was already on 9 points and so was at risk of a Totting ban.
“I would like to express my great thanks to Bobby Bell for all the great professional help he gave me in overturning a punitive speeding fine. The help was largely conducted over the phone and by e-mail where possible, keeping costs down, and was always given in a friendly and efficient manner. He also managed to get my costs refunded, which was a great bonus. I do realise that it also helps to have a little luck on your side sometimes! Here’s to you Bobby!” – Mr M, A – North Wales
