This client instructed BB Law a few days before his trial.  We persuaded the prosecution to drop the s.172 charge (which carries a large fine and minimum of 6 points) in return for a guilty plea to the original minor red-light offence.  This was potentially a difficult task because the red-light offence was well over […]

No Insurance – case dropped before trial – wasted costs application against the CPS

“I just thought I would write the following for you,

Bobby is a very concise lawyer, with every single piece of legal advice you could ever need. He looks at all possibilities and gives you a full picture of what may happen. I cannot recommend him highly enough, his method, welcoming nature, are all great assets and leaves you feeling very confident about his abilities. He is always available via phone and has an extremely patient manner. Bobby also went the extra distance in my case and went to get my costs back through the court and prosecution. The fact he even did this without asking humbled myself and my family and we cannot thank him enough. I thoroughly recommend you to go with Bobby if you have any motoring incident involving police or otherwise. He does what is required and beyond.” – Mr S, C – Leeds

Clients Feedback

No Insurance – case discontinued before trial & all costs refunded

“The court had issued me summons and the charge was ‘driving without insurance’. I was just about to reply to them when I started to speak to different solicitors mainly searched through google. After speaking to the likes of Emma Patterson etc. I finally chose BB Law for two reasons, very reasonable fees and a lot of advice was given to me pre contract. Given, my experience, I owe my success to my representatives, BB Law. I believe the service that I receive from them is worth mentioning it here as it might help others who are in my position. BB Law finally got my case dropped. It went through lots of ups and downs and as I was sceptic in the beginning of hiring a solicitor. I could now see that perhaps I would not have been able to achieve this so professionally myself. It was not as straight forward as it seems. I am extremely happy that I chose Bobby from BB LAW.

I found Bobby always approachable, always responding to my messages/emails promptly, he always contacted court and relevant parties on time and many times. He explained to me all the steps that we would be going through and what to expect. He was very clear in his advice and instructions. He gave me enough time when I needed and took me through the responses we were sending to court.” – Mr A, K – Surrey

21 day discretionary disqualification instead of points and 6 month totting ban

This client had 10 points on his licence and had already relied upon an exceptional hardship licence to avoid a 6 month totting up disqualification only a couple of months prior to this new Speeding offence (45 in a 30mph limit). The client posted this comment on a well known motoring law internet forum –

“Went to court on this without any excuses after hiring the services of Mr Bell of BB Law. Great communication from the start, only 30% of the cost of the last law firm i employed, and I would say all in all i had a better experience, more informative, faster communication and a better understanding of just how to approach the magistrates where as last time it was a just throw all we have from the start approach. This time we were fighting a losing battle from the start with my poor record but I ended up with a 21 day ban for the offence with no points on my license, this is just a great result for me and I wouldnt hesitate if anything ever happened again (praying it wont) to employ them again, happy this is all over, but invaluable forum here at pepipoo” – Mr J, S – Blackpool

Fail to Identify Driver (s.172 RTA 1988) dropped

Hi Bobby. Thanks so much for your help with this, I am very happy with the end result and can breathe a little easier now! A synopsis you are welcome to use for your site:

“My own inaction turned a fairly minor speeding offence into a potentially damaging failing to provide information court summons. The insurance hike and fines seemed horrendous and I could see no easy way out. Following a recommendation, I approached Bobby Bell who, for a reasonable fee, negotiated with the CPS to drop the Fail to ID Driver charge! A potential large fine and 6 points turned into £60 fine and 3 points. Bobby undertook the work personally and was always at the end of the phone if I had questions. He was a consummate professional and I am delighted with his service.” – Mr S, F – Bridgend
