“I can only say that your service is absolutely outstanding and I most certainly do not use that word often, especially nowadays. You made me feel at ease, you listened to my concerns and addressed every single question professionally with precision, understanding and wisdom. Your exceptional capability inevitably produced the best possible outcome and I hope you and your business flourish to incredible heights. May all the unfortunate good drivers find you in their moments of desperate need for I know you will be the answer to their prayers. Have a super life. All the best.” – Mr D, V – Sunbury upon Thames, Middlesex
“After long last I had my day in court today! Bobby had travelled down to Surrey where I met him at the court. He was prompt at checking us in and then sitting down with me to go over some details, with all that sorted, we were called in to court. This was new to me so I didn’t know what to expect but it certainly wasn’t as bad as I was expecting, it was a bit “Apprentice” like with Alan Sugar sitting there with his 2 sidekicks. To anyone worried about appearing in court, as long as you KNOW you have told the truth, you have NO need to fear, it really isn’t bad.
My fear disappeared as soon as I saw the interior of the court room and I had the reassurance of Bobby who was eager to sink his teeth in. Charges were read out and Bobby set about defending me, each of the Magistrates were provided with a letter from my MD which Bobby advised me to get as I need my car for my job along with an aerial photo of the area I was caught to show the short distance the car was into the 50 zone. The clerk was an absolute monster, she really was on the ball and worth her money. She was trying her best to get me down for a 6 month totting ban and any excuse to throw dirt in our faces, she would. Bobby was able to put her back in her place every time, he oozed confidence and not once did he back down. He fought my corner to perfection and showed his knowledge without a stutter. A true professional. The result, 20 day ban and £200 fine. Result! It really would not have happened without the might of BB Law. All in all, another +1 for BB Law. I will not hesitate for 1 second to recommend BB Law. The service was superb, any time I would email, I would get a response instantly. Professional throughout, turning a messy situation into quite an enjoyable one.” – Mr M, B – Surrey
“Following the letter sent by BB Law to the senior officer in Kendal who decides whether to prosecute or not, I’ve been offered a driver improvement course as an alternative to proceedings. I was looking at a potential 9 points and 6 month totting ban and almost best case scenario of 6 points, so absolutely delighted with the outcome.
Can’t thank or recommend Bobby enough. I was extremely impressed from the first time I spoke with him. Unlike the other lawyers I spoke to (including E??? ????????) I got the impression Bobby was honest and not out to scare me into hiring him. He was attentive and spent a fairly long time talking me through things and providing clear simple advice. Since sending the letter, Bobby has kept me in the loop and made further enquires with the police to ensure that the letter arrived safely and got to the correct person. What’s more, Bobby’s rates seemed much lower than the other lawyers I spoke to. If you have any traffic offence prosecutions you should definitely give Bobby a call!” – Mr R, I – London
“I was caught speeding at 116mph on the M6 and was worried I would get a 2 month ban. I found Bobby’s website and found him very professional from the first phonecall. I went to Court today and was happy with the result of 2 week ban and £500 fine. I strongly recommend Bobby for his knowledge, experience and guidance and especially for representing me in such a Professional manner. Many thanks Bobby and good luck for the future.” – Dr R, R – Cheshire
“I was being prosecuted for Speeding and Failing to Identify Driver. Both charges were dropped by CPS with no trial in court. Bobby persuaded the CPS to roll back the case to the Central Ticket Office for them to re-issue me a fixed penalty of only 3 points £60 and absolutely no record that would show up on a CRB check, which I would have got if the case had been dealt with by the court. Fantastic outcome for me because I just needed to avoid a conviction from a court at all costs as I need a clear CRB check.
BB Law helped me with the case and it proves they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful eventually leading to the withdrawal of BOTH offences. Very well done and I would recommend the firm to anyone who sees this post and has similar tricky issues to deal with.”
Many thanks – Mr A, Y – Barnet, London
“My wife received a NIP for careless driving, failure to stop and report in relation to an alleged accident in a carpark. My wife did not recall the incident and was extremely distressed as she was already going through a traumatic pregnancy. My wife was in particular concerned that a criminal record could negatively impact her career plans as she is training in a field where she is constantly subject to police CRB checks. I phoned a number of different so called motor legal firms on her behalf (very stressed myself). I was quoted by one legal firm £2,000 + VAT to fight the NIP on technicalities! I was also told by most firms that motoring offences do not show up on CRB checks, which is also technically incorrect if they are court convictions.
Bobby was great from the beginning, he gave me confidence as he had a good grasp of the law. He explained that the charges were serious potential offences, but that he could come up with a strategy that could seek to stop the matter going to court, get my wife on a driver improvement plan or mitigate charges. Bobby was patient throughout and regularly corresponded with us though email and phone calls. It was great to have someone on side to vent to and felt was fighting our cause. Bobby was good at managing us as a client and explained the criminal justice process and that we needed to let him manage the police officers in a calm manner and not to show panic.
I got an email from Bobby today and he told me that he’d spoken to the police officer on the case and explained the situation. The officer was very sympathetic to the situation my wife and agreed to take no further action. Bobby has saved us a fortune on insurance and on explanations to my wife’s potential employers. This was all for an agreed fee less than his competitors. First class job Bobby!” – Mr N, D – Hertfordshire
“From the first email, Mr Bell was fully understanding and reassuring. I did not have a clue about law but I believed that having received an 18 month ban and £375 fine in the magistrates court (when represented by the court’s duty solicitor) was a bit harsh. Bobby was honest from the onset about my chances in the crown court. After discussing the best and worse outcome of an appeal, I decided to instruct Mr Bell to act on my behalf. Not being in a particularly strong financial position Mr Bell was very accommodating regarding a payment strategy which was honoured to the full. An approachable solicitor, Mr Bell always gave me the impression he wanted to achieve a positive outcome to my appeal and I strongly got the impression he was a solicitor with exacting standards and the professional desire to succeed for his clients. I would highly recommend Mr Bell to any potential client requiring legal representation in a motoring matter, and would certainly use him again, should I have the unfortunate reason to do so! I thank him for making this stressful experience considerably more bearable, and achieving a positive outcome to my appeal. Thank you very much.” – Miss N, F – Codsall, West Midlands
“I’m overwhelmed! I never thought this would be possible. I’m satisfied beyond expectations. I highly recommend your service: prompt, efficient and after all free since I’ll get my costs refunded. I was lucky enough to find you online, my intuition did not let me down! I hope my feedback can help somebody else make the same great choice. Thank you again.”
– Miss E, S – Middlesex
“A fantastic service from an approachable and honest solicitor. I called Bobby after I received a third summons for driving offences, two were for driving myself with no insurance and the other for permitting no insurance/license. I needed to keep my license but had just been given 6 points despite special reasons, I needed help. Bobby was convinced that I was insured although my insurance company had voided my policy. After requesting an appeal for the conviction I had, he managed to get my insurance company to admit that I was still insured, he got the second no insurance charge discontinued and the points I had were taken off following appeal. Bobby was very open and honest about the permitting charge and said from the start he thought I’d be convicted and he was right – I got 6 points and a fine after he worked tirelessly in court to keep points and fine to a minimum. I will get some costs refunded and the main thing was that I kept my license whereas without Bobby I would have been banned. If you need a solicitor for motoring charges then I would highly recommend Bobby Bell. Very pleased with the outcome, thank you very much Bobby!” – Miss L, C – Blackburn, Lancashire
“The service and advice Bobby Bell provided was more than excellent, I felt I was in confident hands every step of the way. Bobby was clear with advice and options given. I have never spoken to a solicitor with such belief in what they are doing. I cannot thank him enough for successfully succeeding to convince the Crown Court judge to accept my exceptional hardship case. To succeed at keeping my licence with my prior driving history was simply all due to his expertise and the way it was presented in court. The court found that exceptional hardship would be caused if I was going to be banned from driving. My licence was endorsed with 3 points for the mobile phone offence and I was fined £50 but I was allowed to continue to drive with 12 points on my licence and the court refunded some of my legal costs. Bobby, I will recommend your services to anyone that needs help and needs complete re-assurance that their case will be dealt with expertly.” – Mr A, N – London
“I recently had cause to employ the services of BB Law using his fixed fee pricing schedule, which thankfully for me was extremely cost effective. I called Bobby after receiving a letter from the police telling me I was to be prosecuted for failing to stop after an accident. Three weeks earlier I had lightly touched another car when parking. I checked for damage at the time and there was none, sadly the owner of the other vehicle accused me of causing a dent on another part of the car and reported this to the police. The P.C involved refused to let the case go and was belligerent and determined to get me into court for causing damage I had nothing to do with. Bobby was extremely effective at dealing with the police, he attended the police interview and the case has now been dropped thanks to his hard work. The case lasted for a few weeks, during that time Bobby was very reassuring, always very realistic and extremely efficient at answering emails and phone calls. If I am ever in need of a motoring Lawyer again I will be straight on the phone to BB Law.” – Miss H, B – Bristol
“Bobby Bell represented this client whose priority was to avoid any length of disqualification. The court was persuaded that 6 points would be a more effective deterrent than a discretionary disqualification. The result speaks for itself particularly as the officer who carried out the speed check stated the vehicle’s speed was measured at 130mph and was still accelerating away. This is what the client had to say –
“Dear all, I attended court today and as expected, l was very nervous of an expected lengthy ban, especially given the witness statement included “raining” & “wet”. BB Law (Bobby Bell – www.fixedfeelawyer.co.uk) represented me and to my surprise, managed to persuade the court to give me 6 penalty points and a reasonable fine. This positive outcome means my job is safe. It’s worth noting that Bobby charged me 1/3rd a local firm listed on the FAQ of this site, which for his experience, represents excellent value for money. Proof that paying more will not result in a better outcome.” – Mr J, P – Bolton, Lancashire
“After searching the internet my decision to choose BB Law was based on positive feedback and cost. All enquiries were dealt with very promptly usually the same day, BB Law dealt with everything for me and helped to reduce my stress levels during the case. I consider that the advice given was comprehensive, concise and balanced covering both negative and positive aspects of my case. I would not hesitate to recommend BB Law to any of my friends, colleagues and family should the need arise.” – Mr S, D – Whitefield, Manchester
This client had 10 points on his licence and had already relied upon an exceptional hardship licence to avoid a 6 month totting up disqualification only a couple of months prior to this new Speeding offence (45 in a 30mph limit). The client posted this comment on a well known motoring law internet forum –
“Went to court on this without any excuses after hiring the services of Mr Bell of BB Law. Great communication from the start, only 30% of the cost of the last law firm i employed, and I would say all in all i had a better experience, more informative, faster communication and a better understanding of just how to approach the magistrates where as last time it was a just throw all we have from the start approach. This time we were fighting a losing battle from the start with my poor record but I ended up with a 21 day ban for the offence with no points on my license, this is just a great result for me and I wouldnt hesitate if anything ever happened again (praying it wont) to employ them again, happy this is all over, but invaluable forum here at pepipoo” – Mr J, S – Blackpool
“Hi Bobby. Here is my feedback for you. Thank you for all your help! – I was extremely pleased with BB Law’s service and their good value for money, but most importantly the outcome of my case. Bobby was extremely professional and worked very closely with me in clearly explaining the court procedures, considering I was completely unaware of what to expect. I felt reassured and comfortable working with Bobby, as he was confident and knew precisely what he was doing. Overall, I can honestly say I am very pleased with the whole service and I would strongly recommend BB law to anyone looking for any legal help or advice.” – M, Q – Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
“I am an experienced property solicitor living and working in Hertfordshire. Bobby Bell represented my wife in connection with local speeding offences. As a result of his intelligent, focussed approach the prosecution was successfully discontinued. His service was at all times excellent and he was always affable and approachable” – Mr D, R – Hertfordshire
“I was represented by Bobby Bell of BB Law. I didn’t have to attend court. Bobby wrote a letter to the CPS and attended court on the first hearing. The CPS passed the matter over to the Police for their comments. Bobby chased the matter up on Thursday with the CPS and was informed that the matter had been discontinued due to lack of evidence. Regards” – G, S – Formby, Liverpool
“I’m relatively ignorant of legal process etc. so I asked a motoring solicitor, Bobby Bell, to represent me. I pleaded not guilty and after much dragging of feet by the CPS the case was dropped. I can’t commend Bobby Bell highly enough for his work, he made a huge effort to keep me informed at every step of the way and explain the process, what was happening, how it was all quite normal – at the beginning I really thought there would be a chance of being unjustly penalised, and Bobby was my shining light in the judicial darkness. Anyone looking to be represented by a straight talking, hard working and clued up motoring lawyer would be well advised to seek his services..
Interestingly I had a few other encounters with the same officer – one time he saw me driving the opposite way in my car (which is the same colour scheme as the car I was stopped in), made eye contact then turned around, put his sirens and lights on and came up behind me. It was only after I’d pulled over and he’d pulled in behind me that he realised it was a different car and promptly drove off again without even getting out!” – Mr A, L – Worthing, Brighton
This client instructed BB Law to draft a letter of mitigation in relation to a Speeding offence. The client’s objective was to avoid even a short disqualification. The objective was achieved at minimal cost.
“Just thought that I’d let you know the outcome of my hearing; 6 points and a hefty fine (but in accordance with the guidelines for magistrates). In the end I decided to plead guilty by post and I employed the services of Bobby Bell at BB Law. His advice and guidance was absolutely spot on and his fees extremely reasonable. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.” – A, M – Tyne and Wear
Thank you for all your efforts and true support and commitment in getting to this successful outcome. I am truly delighted and would have been with your services even if the outcome wasn’t in our favour. My client feedback comments are – You are highly knowledgeable, will think outside of the box, are proficient, efficient and provide a class A service. You provide prompt and efficient communication. It was important to me that my legal representation was honest, upfront and worked together with me for good representation. I wasn’t interested in things being sugar coated for me, only a positive outcome. I choose to work with you because you are straight forward, give your honest opinion based on facts and a lot of experience. I achieved a successful outcome at my appeal, had I not, then I would still have the same to say of you. You did all that you could to prepare a strong case and presented sterling advocacy in court. Out of the 12 traffic law specialists that I spoke with, I found BB Law to be the most straightforward, honest and practical” – Miss S, P – London
“I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to BB Law Solicitors, for saving my licence and livelihood. I found myself in a very unfortunate position. I am a HGV driver, and was accused of hitting a car with my lorry and driving away without exchanging details. I did recall being on the road in question, but was positive I did not hit another vehicle. I was contacted by the police and asked to attend the police station for an interview. I was very worried as I have never been in this position before. I contacted BB Law, and after a telephone conversation I felt really reassured about my case. I was accompanied to the interview by Bobby Bell, which went well, despite the police and my employer attempts to get me to admit to something I didn’t do. During the interview Bobby had to have some firm words with the officer. A few days before my court date I got a telephone call from Bobby to say the case was dropped. This was due to Bobby’s professionalism and attention to detail. Thanks a lot Bobby.” – Mr D, G – HGV Driver, Birmingham
“The court had issued me summons and the charge was ‘driving without insurance’. I was just about to reply to them when I started to speak to different solicitors mainly searched through google. After speaking to the likes of Emma Patterson etc. I finally chose BB Law for two reasons, very reasonable fees and a lot of advice was given to me pre contract. Given, my experience, I owe my success to my representatives, BB Law. I believe the service that I receive from them is worth mentioning it here as it might help others who are in my position. BB Law finally got my case dropped. It went through lots of ups and downs and as I was sceptic in the beginning of hiring a solicitor. I could now see that perhaps I would not have been able to achieve this so professionally myself. It was not as straight forward as it seems. I am extremely happy that I chose Bobby from BB LAW.
I found Bobby always approachable, always responding to my messages/emails promptly, he always contacted court and relevant parties on time and many times. He explained to me all the steps that we would be going through and what to expect. He was very clear in his advice and instructions. He gave me enough time when I needed and took me through the responses we were sending to court.” – Mr A, K – Surrey
This client was being prosecuted for no less than 6 separate offences. Bobby worked hard to convince the CPS that the case should be dropped and when the notice of discontinuance finally came through a very relieved client had this to say about BB Law’s services –
“….. The mighty Bobby Bell of BB Law was a great help and a calming steady shining light in what can only be described as a “sea of incompetence” – just had the notice of discontinuance from the CPS for all 6 offences. Brilliant result and quite right too of course. Next time I find myself riding up diarrhoea alley, I’ll want Bobby as my saddle. Thanks for all your advice and keep fighting injustice wherever you meet it!” – Mr S, H – Cardiff
This young driver would have been facing serious consequences if he had been prosecuted for Careless Driving, Failing to stop after an accident and Failing to report an accident but Bobby was able to persuade the police to offer him the Driver Improvement Course as an alternative to being prosecuted. This email was received from the client –
“Hi Bobby, I would just like to thank you for your help and advice and getting the best possible outcome for my case. I would recommend you to anybody. Yours sincerely” – Mr R, W – Stockport, Manchester
Mr J. S. from Cheshire had 6 points on his licence for two speeding offences committed in 2010. Therefore, he was at serious risk of receiving a further 6 points and consequently a 6 month minimum totting up ban as a result of being caught doing 120 mph on the motorway. Fortunately, Bobby was able to persuade the court not to impose any penalty points and instead impose a short disqualification of 35 days, together with a £375 fine. This result was exceptionally good for this client as it was vital to him that he still has a 5 point buffer zone before reaching the dreaded 12 points threshold.
“BB Law provided me with an excellent, efficient service. I felt prepared and at ease, despite the situation. A very confident and professional service and thanks again for my short ban, it went so quick and I only really had one week of bad weather” – Mr J, S – Congleton, Cheshire
“Bobby Bell represented this client at court and the Magistrates accepted that he had been the victim of a con, accepted his special reasons argument, imposed no points or costs and gave him an absolute discharge. Bobby also persuaded the CPS to drop a separate Fail Produce Insurance allegation. This is what this client had to say about the service he received from specialist motoring lawyers, BB Law –
“Bobby, thank you so much for everything you did for me. Your advice proved to be exactly right and you did a superb job at court” – Mr R, T – Birmingham, West Midlands
“I was driving a brand new 40 foot articulated lorry and was accused of damaging another vehicle before driving off. I knew I was innocent but the police seemed intent on getting me to admit I had damaged this car. Bobby came with me to the interview, had a quiet, polite word with the police constable pointing out the total lack of evidence and the whole case was dropped less than a fortnight later! Better still he sent me a letter to give to my insurer and employer, which confirmed I was a victim of a false allegation. Brilliant service” – Mr P, B – Macclesfield, Cheshire
“Our company was being prosecuted for failing to identify the driver of a van caught by a speed camera. We were convinced that our van had been cloned but the police and CPS wouldn’t believe us. Bobby represented our company throughout the proceedings and fought tooth and nail for us, which eventually resulted in the CPS lawyer offering no evidence halfway through the trial. We were thrilled that Bobby had achieved what we always wanted in this case, which was for justice to be done. The court agreed to refund all of our costs. We would not consider using any solicitor other than Bobby if we have any problems like this in the future” – Mr A, E – Walsall
“I’d pleaded guilty to 3 separate driving offences and the Magistrates had decided to give me 13 points, which meant a 6 month ‘totting up’ ban, revocation of my licence and re-sitting my test. As a result I was also going to lose my job. A family friend suggested I ask Bobby for help. Bobby handled my case from that point onwards, taking it all the way to the appeal court in London. In the end Bobby managed to get my conviction re-opened and then got 2 of the offences dropped, which meant I ended up with only 5 points, meaning no ban, no re-test and I kept my job! – I could not have been more pleased.” – Mr M, R – Cheshire
