This was quite a bad case of careless driving combined with a high level of excess speed. The client wanted to take a damage limitation approach and so we were quite pleased to resolve it in the way that we did.
“Hi Bobby. The level of service I received throughout was first class. Communication of case updates and speed of response to my queries was very good. Pleased with the level of the fine as it was lower than anticipated, and the points were what I expected due to your initial brief. I would highly recommend your services to anyone looking for representation.” – Mr P, T – Lichfield
“I would like to thank Bobby for his services during what I feel could have been a very stressful time. I am very pleased with the outcome of my case, especially given the fact that a lot of the evidence we were hoping to use as a defence turned out not to be as damning as we had would have liked. But he continued as per my instruction to fight my corner with a not guilty plea, and along with the additional outstanding testimony of the specialist speeding expert witness that he managed to get on very short notice, we got the outcome I was looking for. Bobby had very little defence evidence to work with, but against all odds, prepared multiple defences and got me the outcome I asked for against the testimony of two very experienced traffic officers.
The way the case was handled was impeccable from start to finish, I was kept updated every step of the way with every correspondence between the defence and the CPS, and my thoughts and ideas on the case were always taken into consideration. Bobby was available to me EVERY time I needed him, I would contact him at any time day or night, seven days a week, and he was there!! I would certainly recommend Bobby to anyone needing advice or handling of a motoring case that they feel is unjust.
Many thanks for your service, I’ve retained a clean licence and have a new found faith in the justice system!” – Mr E, W – Walsall
This client was initially arrested and held in a police cell for what turned out to be a case of mistaken identity. We knew the prosecution witness and police had got our client’s car mixed up with a similar model that had been travelling on the same stretch of road. The prosecution dropped the case days before the trial.
“I’d like to thank you for everything you have done for me, you reassured me through a very stressful time. You kept me very well informed through every stage of the case. If ever (god forbid) I need representation in the future, there will be no other solicitor I would use. I would gladly give your details to anyone needing a fantastic, genuine, professional solicitor as I know you will put 110% effort into the case. Thanks again.” – Mr G, R – Stoke-on-Trent
“Dear Mr Bell. Many thanks and congratulations for your efforts so that I keep my driving licence. I must admit that being involved in the prosecution side in magistrates’ courts I was all out of my depth on receiving the summons and I was very relieved when you took it on despite the difficulty in communication, I having no computer and working through Peter, an old friend. As you realise I have come into contact with many solicitors and counsel, some good, some downright awful, your work was done with knowledge and interest and execution better than most in my thirty years of dealing with their work. I wish you every success in your business life. Thank you again.” – Mr A, B – Shrewsbury
