This client was at serious risk of a disqualification and was also a new driver and so if he had received 6 or more points he would have had his licence revoked and needed to retake his driving test, fortunately, BBLaw were able to avoid both of these eventualities by persuading the court to impose 5 penalty points.
“Thank you very much indeed for your miraculous court performance today. 126 mph on the motorway resulted in only 5 penalty points. You saved my career and the future of my family. As I only got my licence last year, I was certain that I would lose my licence. Luckily, I found you on the forum. You definitely helped me with the luckiest escape and I wouldn’t have thought of getting only 5 points for over 120 mph!! Once again thank you so much!” – Mr X, L – London
“For my part I appreciated the professional manner in which you controlled the interview, and I believe this was a significant influence on my son not being charged by the police. It demonstrates clearly what you offer as a dedicated motor offence service, as opposed to a general solicitor, and the advice we received from you was both balanced and obviously informed. Once again many thanks” – Mr D, M – Cheshire
“Regarding your service – it was excellent, you acted very professionally throughout. I warmed greatly to your ‘I’ll look at the case FREE OF CHARGE and advise if we have a chance of winning’. Once you had decided to take the case on the fees were clear. Your knowledge of motoring law is first class and you left no stone unturned in getting the right and just outcome. I was very pleased that you went the extra mile and having updates in the evening or as required was certainly a comfort (others I am sure would be saying it’s the weekend or 5pm!) Finally, I would gladly recommend your service to anyone and should a future client wish to chat with me I am more than happy to do so. Thanks sincerely again.” Regards – Mr R, M – Staffordshire
This client instructed BB Law to draft a letter of mitigation in relation to a Speeding offence. The client’s objective was to avoid even a short disqualification. The objective was achieved at minimal cost.
“Just thought that I’d let you know the outcome of my hearing; 6 points and a hefty fine (but in accordance with the guidelines for magistrates). In the end I decided to plead guilty by post and I employed the services of Bobby Bell at BB Law. His advice and guidance was absolutely spot on and his fees extremely reasonable. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.” – A, M – Tyne and Wear
