This was a long and hard fought case with more aggravating features to contend with than just the high speed. The result achieved was actually more exceptional than the length of the disqualification would suggest. The following feedback was received from this client –
“My experience with Bobby at BB Law has been exemplary from start to finish. Facing a difficult prosecution for a very high speed, Bobby took the time to meet with me and deal with all my subsequent questions by phone and email with no delays whatsoever. Bobby is knowledgeable and professional and considered many different options for my defence and case and carefully explained the strategies, positives and negatives for each possibility.
Bobby ended up “juggling” 3 different unrelated motoring offences for me with the outcome exceptional in all 3. The main speeding offence outcome was outstanding and surpassed my expectation in the face of a heavy prosecution. I would be sure to contact Bobby with ANY motoring offences in the future no matter how “black and white” they first appear and I would have no reservation recommending Bobby to anyone needing assistance with motoring offences. Bobby was friendly, professional and provided clear concise cost effective case management throughout.” – Mr M, M – Southampton
“Our company was being prosecuted for failing to identify the driver of a van caught by a speed camera. We were convinced that our van had been cloned but the police and CPS wouldn’t believe us. Bobby represented our company throughout the proceedings and fought tooth and nail for us, which eventually resulted in the CPS lawyer offering no evidence halfway through the trial. We were thrilled that Bobby had achieved what we always wanted in this case, which was for justice to be done. The court agreed to refund all of our costs. We would not consider using any solicitor other than Bobby if we have any problems like this in the future” – Mr A, E – Walsall
This case went all the way to trial but on the morning of trial the CPS were persuaded to withdraw the fairly serious Drink Driving charge (and also a related Fail to Stop charge) after BB Law point out that the officer had made a procedural error and perhaps more importantly the officer had made inconsistent statements in relation to the issue. The client pleaded guilty to a related Fail to Report offence and walked away with 5 points on his licence, a small fine and a significant proportion of his legal costs refunded. These are his comments on the service BB Law provided to him –
“After facing a difficult case, I can honestly say that I have no regrets about selecting Bobby as my solicitor. Throughout the build up to both appearances at court he was not only there to support me, but his in-depth knowledge of driving laws gave me full confidence to put all of my trust into his decisions. With 3 charges, including an Excess Alcohol charge, he managed to convince the CPS along with some evidence to drop the Excess Alcohol and Fail to Stop in return for a guilty plea to my Fail to Report charge.
I would highly recommend Bobby for any motoring case, because he was such a help and with his fair prices it makes his service worthwhile as his desire and dedication to succeed in the court is second to none.” – Mr J, M – Staffordshire
“For my part I appreciated the professional manner in which you controlled the interview, and I believe this was a significant influence on my son not being charged by the police. It demonstrates clearly what you offer as a dedicated motor offence service, as opposed to a general solicitor, and the advice we received from you was both balanced and obviously informed. Once again many thanks” – Mr D, M – Cheshire
