S.172 FAIL TO PROVIDE DRIVER INFORMATION – CHARGE DROPPED

This client instructed BB Law a few days before his trial.  We persuaded the prosecution to drop the s.172 charge (which carries a large fine and minimum of 6 points) in return for a guilty plea to the original minor red-light offence.  This was potentially a difficult task because the red-light offence was well over 6 months old and wasn’t included on the original summons.  The client ended up with a small fine and 3 points.  Here is the client’s feedback –

“Good afternoon Mr Bell, could I take a minute to thank you so much for the work you have done for me at such short notice, absolutely first class service from you, greatly appreciated and will store your contact details for any future problems that arise!!

I will forward your details should I know anybody in a difficult situation like mine for your representation and once again much obliged.” – Mr A, S – Liverpool

“We would like to thank you so very much, for bringing what has been a really worrying and stressful time to an amazing conclusion. I have to admit I had my doubts, not in you, but in the system and whether we would be believed. The outcome was better than what we could have hoped for. We valued your advice and your courteous, professional approach. We would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone in a similar situation. Although I hope we don’t need you again, it’s good to know you are there” – L, M – Staffordshire

“I found BB Law after carrying out my own research online and discovering they were highly rated on various driving forums. I was facing a possible driving ban under the totting up procedure and needed help urgently. After a quick call to Bobby he agreed to meet me on a Sunday (how many lawyers do that!)The fee structure was transparent and fair and I paid exactly what I expected. I ended up with a much better result than I expected and was delighted. I would recommend BB Law highly” – Mr N, C – Chester
